A Mommy Treat - Homemade Juices

Sunday, April 15, 2012
We all want what's best for ourself and our family. And usually that starts with the food we , prepare, serve and eat. Let's be honest with each other here, with our often-times hectic schedules, we don't always have time to whip up a fabulously healthy meal... which makes us rely on those quick solutions, which aren't always the best or healthiest out there. That's why I always believed that the answer rests in the simpleness. Healthy doesn't need to rhyme with complicated.

As a matter of fact, I have come up with some pretty easy and exceptionally healthy juices, that came be put together in a couple of minutes and that address some common health issues or everyday problems. And you'll be surprised at how it calls for things you have hiding in your fridge! Evidently, you will need to equip yourself with a juicer for these recipes, but this small investment will be very much worth it... I guarantee you!

Another qu
ick tip, ask your local supermarket or fruit and veggies store for those overripe fruits and veggies, the ones that are at the end of their shelf life, but still make for great juices. They usually let them go at a discount price.

Found you through twitter. Perhaps from UBP12? It's getting tough to keep track isn't it?
